Legal Officer

Requirements:

• Age 25 s/d 35 years
• Pend. Min S-1 of the law
• Experience in their field min. 1 year
• Mastering Microsoft Office
• Understand correspondence
• Understand the basics of contractual cooperation
• Have an understanding of business law
• Capable of communication well
• Have the capability negotiation

Requirement:

• Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
• Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company
• Manage the Administration associated with the work that has been done.
• Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validitasnya.
