Requirements:
- Male
- At least Bachelor's Degree, preferred set of Undergraduate Psychology major in Industrial Organization (PIO), Human Resource Management, legal
- Experienced Min 5th on the same field, preferably experience in a company engaged in manufacturing
- Mastering the computer and the language of English
- Have good communication skill and like a challenge
- Master quality management, ISO 9001:2008, 5R
- A workplace in Bekasi, Tangerang & Jakarta
- Willing to travel service to the entire existing branch

- Create policies and procedures that govern HUMAN RESOURCE needs, recruitment and selection process. 2.
- Recruit the most suitable applicants with a defined quality, culture, as well as company policy
