Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation, approval and finalization of ordinances and resolutions. Drafts agreements, pleadings, letters, updates contracts.
- To support on business compliance : Re.Technical, marketing and sales promotion
- To support onorganization / system development
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Majoring Law (preferable) or any related background with minimum GPA 3.00
- Having min. of 3 years working experience in Law Matters as follows: Corporate Law Business Law Legal Licenses Legal, Litigation document administration
- Strong analytical skill with high initiatives
- Self-motivated, target oriented, mature, able to work under pressure and cooperatives
- Good communication, negotiation, selling skills and people management
- Fluent in English is a must
- Computer literate (MS Office)
