Corporate Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Preparing commercial agreements/ contracts.
• Research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations.
• Conducting research to the relevant Department/Government.
• Preparing report or summary on the related matters.

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree of Law from reputable university with a strong academic performance.
• Fresh graduate or maximum 0f 6 months working experience in the sampe position.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with a minimum TOEFL score of 550.
• Having knowledge in corporate matters, agreements and other legal drafting.
• Having good legal research and reporting skills in the interest of the company.
• Good computer skill including Excel spreadsheets.
• Having good personal, professional integrity and ethics and self discipline.
