was founded in July 2014 by a team of experienced professionals who have worked

Indonesian marketplace and payment ecosystem.
Legal Executive
Responsibilities:
- Review Agreement (merchant, distributor and partner)
- Review contract, agreement and internal policies and procedure
- Liaise with all department to ensure legal risk
- Business permit / license (SIUP, domisili etc)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law, Others or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Radio Dalam, Jakarta Selatan
- Having knowledge about corporate law, contract, litigation
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
