Responsibilities:
- Handle legal issues within the company in litigation and litigation
- Create and review cooperation agreement both internal and external company
- Corporate documents management
Requirements:
- Age Max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree of Law
- Min. 3 years experience in the field of the same
- Have ability of communication, analysis, Problem Solving, & a good Negotiation
- Capable of speaking in English (Mandarin into value added)
- Understanding litigation
- Have permission practices advocate
