Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Prepare report to OJK, PPATK, and other institutions
- Act as legal representative of the company in terms of legal dispute with external parties.
- Provide legal assistance to all department in the company including to draft, review, and translating documents.
- Responsible for all areas related to compliance matter comprehensively, including to provide advice and assistance on company project, policies, procedures, and documentation.
Requirement:
- Age within 28-35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law
- 5 (five) years of working experiences in related field required for this position.
- Experienced on corporate legal agreement, strong exposure in drafting & reviewing contract / agreement, good legal administration with attention to details.
- Have deep understanding upon Indonesian Law & Regulation, Leasing and Factoring transaction.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skill
- Work base: Jakarta Barat
