Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Controlled deed summary of the entire group + updating it
- Registered & resumed all companies Harvest Land Group + its affiliation
- Preparing Corporate Action documentation (circular of shareholders, Board of Commissioner Approval, Power Of Attorney)
- Assisting Managers in preparing standard draft of Agreement (Property Management, Leasing, Promotion, contractor etc.)
- Assisting Legal Manager liaise with third party including mediation and negotiation process.
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Holding a Bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring in Law
- Has at least 1-2 years experience in similar position
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- High attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Knowledge in property business is highly appreciated
