Fransisca
Indrasari is an affiliate Partner, and is a member of the Dispute Resolution
Practice Group of S&P. She is a seasoned criminal litigation lawyer with
more than 10 years of experience in the legal field. In her early career she
cut her teeth with Lontoh & Partners as litigation associate for several
challenging years, before accepting a position as senior associate from Hotman
Paris, a senior and prominent Indonesian litigator widely considered as the
counsel of choice when it comes to complex commercial litigations. Fransisca
focuses her litigation practice on corporate/commercial litigation, international
arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, bankruptcy litigation,
administrative law, criminal law, civil law, trade law, and labor law.
Lawyer (Mid-Level)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients inside or outside the court
- Drafting correspondence, contracts, legal instrument, etc
- Conducting legal research and legal analysis on regulatory laws.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Holding on advocate license from PERADI (Temporary or Permanent)
- Having minimum 2 years experience as litigation lawyer
- Having good communication skills in English
