Legal Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the management of the public license (SIUP, TDP, domicile), and permitting related special project company
• Implement management changes to the articles of Association of the company
• Legal aspects of internal corporate mentoring

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree in law from leading universities
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal company Supervisor, take precedence in the company in the field of Property, coal mining, power plant
• Master the law in Indonesia
• Deft, honest, have good communication skills, able to work under pressure
