name of PT Penta Karsa Lubrindo. Based on the Capital Market Laws No. 8 of
1995, PT Penta Karsa Lubrindo met the criteria as a "Public Company"
with IDR 24 billion Paid Up Capital in 2004 and changed its name into PT
INDONESIAN PARADISE PROPERTY Tbk. PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. is a
Property Holdiing Company of 21 subsidiary companies in partnership with
various business partners. The property owned by PT Indonesian Paradise
Property Tbk. is HARRIS hotel Tuban – Bali which is the first hotel developed
by our group, and commenced its operation in October 2002. The hotel is located
on Jalan Dewi Sartika, Tuban, Bali a strategic location, next to Ngurah Rai
Airport, and minutes away from Kuta Shopping Area. As a modern minimalist four
star hotel, it has 147 rooms equipped with facilities such as Swimming Pool,
Coffee Shop, Aromatherapy & Spa, free Wifi and many more.
