financing, factoring and consumer finance. The company was founded in 1985
under the name of PT Sinar Supra Leasing Company, and changed its name to PT Sinar
Supra Finance co., and finally chose the new name used until now. In 1995 all
shares of the company purchased by PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, an investment
company under the Sinar Mas business group. In June 1996, according to the
guidelines of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, moved the
entire financing assets of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha TBK to Finance Simas.
Legal Corporate Staff
Responsibilities:
- Create a draft of the agreement, verification and review the draft Treaty (Treaty of Factoring with completeness warranties and completeness of client data, Offering Letter, Employment Agreements, lease agreement rent with the Group), along with other legal documents that are required of the company.
- Document/Archiving the entire agreement (Treaty of Factoring, Hire and lease agreement document & document legality)
Requirements:
- Graduates of the Bachelor of law (Fresh Graduate) or 1 year of experience in the field of financing.
- Look Interesting
- Have the ability of analysis and Legal Arguments against the law of treaties, the law of guarantee.
- Thorough, neat, Has the ability of related documentation and a good admnistrasi.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
