Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
- Experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing joint venture and other collaboration agreements
- Performs other duties are assigned
- Strong exposure in drafting and reviewing contract/agreement especially contract or agreement in English
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in corporate legal
- Excellent intrapersonal and communications skills
