PT Rheem Indonesia was established in 1969 by Rheem Australia, and is located at Kawasan Industri   Pulogadung, an industrial estate in the city of Jakarta. PT Rheem Indonesia`s principal activities are producing   drum containers. We started our business with metal industrial packaging   including steel drums and have now expanded into plastic drum to cope with industry demands. Our operation is supported by professional people who understand   principal values in delivering our products. We constantly upgrade our   manufacturing facility and plant, and are committed to continuous   improvements to improve our product quality and service.

HRD & GA Staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Manager in GA & complete administration and work related to Personnel Management.
• Take care of permitting companies to Agency-related institutions like neighborhood, industry, Commerce, BKPM and disnakertrans
• Ensure all existing companies license still valid
• Coordinate Office Boy, Gardeners and Security

Requirements:

• Age 25-35 years old
• Education Bachelor of law preferred
• Experienced in the field of HRD & GA at least 3 years whichever comes first in the company of Manufacture (factory)
• Understand employment law and Industrial relations
• Able to communicate in the language of the English preferred
• Mature personality and able to cope with work pressure
• Work in a quick and sprightly
