Sinar Mas Multifinannce is a company engaged in the service business lease
financing, factoring and consumer finance. The company was founded in 1985
under the name of PT Sinar Supra Leasing Company, and changed its name to PT
Sinar Supra Finance co., and finally chose the new name used until now. In 1995
all shares of the company purchased by PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, an
investment company under the Sinar Mas business group. In February 1995, PT
Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk bought all shares of PT Sinar Supra Finance and
changed the name of the company that bought into PT Sinar Mas Multifinance in
early 1996.
Legal Litigation Staff
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and evaluation, as well as making periodic reports regarding the development of case law that is being addressed and in coordination to Legal Admin.
- Make a power of attorney to the Board of Directors of the head of Branch-related purposes of the show trial in court or to perform any act of law in connection with the operations of the entire branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of law (Fresh Graduate) or 1 year of experience in the field of financing.
- Have the ability of analysis and Legal Arguments against the law of treaties, the law of Guarantee, the law of fiduciary relationships, criminal law, and the law of financing.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
