PT Plaza Indonesia Jababeka is a joint venture of the two leading companies, namely PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk and PT Graha Buana Cikarang, a subsidiary of PT Jababeka Tbk industrial area (Jababeka) stands on 13 June 2015 and is the early start of the construction of an integrated area of MAYFAIR estate & Parklands. Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the activity of corporate legal, reviewing and handling the business agreement, as well as deal with legal document management.
• As an advocate of the company, namely representing the company if problems occur on the Court, and
• Manage Corporate legal entities/companies (managing the Affairs of the GMS, and changes in the articles of merger, acquisition, preparation when there are such possibilities)
• Take care of permissions: extension of the TDP, NPWP etc
• Escort Business development. (related to treaties
• Together the HRD Department organizes also employment (e.g. review the draft Agreement contract employees

Requirements:

• At least age 30 years
• Experienced preferred minimum of 8 years in the field of property/real estate (apartment, mall, the residence
• Education Bachelor of law or the like
• Have The Advocade License (PERADI
• Able to make various legal contracts with both
• Proactive, communicative, initiative, agile, meticulous, analytical
• Compulsory English-active
• Willing to be placed in CIKARANG BARAT
