Senior Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle and administer legal and contract administration
• Litigating, Legal drafting and reviewing consist of legal opinion, and any legal documents which had any relation with the company
• Give legal opinion to Management about legal aspect of company business
• Updated certification, licenses and permit

Requirements:

• Female, max. 28 years old
• A Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• At least 2 years working experience in the same field
• Familiar with corporate legal activities; understanding in all relevant law and regulations
• Have a good interpersonal relationship, analytical, problem solving, have a high commitment to safety, business ethic and good corporate governance
• Having good communication in English both written and oral is more preferable
