Telekomunikasi Selular (Kisel) is the provider of Distribution Channel (sales
and distribution), General Service (public service) and Telco Infrastructure
(Telecommunication Infrastructure Services), with a network of operational
offices as much as 54 fruit regional offices/branches that spread from Nanggroe
Aceh Darussalam to Papua Province and supported by a majority of the members
with people 4039 members are employees of PT Telkomsel. In General, business

Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Implement legal administration of the code of conduct.
- Creating, compiling and reviewing the draft cooperation agreement, MŌ, SOP, legal studies, GMS, M & A, BA meeting, & Bylaw.
- Provide input or advise against the TUB between user and vendor/partner.
- Monitoring licensing subsidiary, holding and monitoring of financial institutional banking or MCC with warranties, as well as monitoring the implementation of licensing.
- Carry out the process of GMS subsidiary up to registration at the Agency.
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree of law science.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Willing to work with the team
- Willing to travel agency
- Have the ability of legal drafting and corporate/business law
- Willing to work overtime
- Minimum 1 year working experience in legal
