Legal Import
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer legal documents.
- Preparing legal letters, agreements of merger, acquisiton, etc.
- Responsible for reviewing legal agreement, granting legal opinions which is related to corporations aspect.
- Design and implement legal policies (and legal programs) which is meet company’s objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Good communication in English both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented.
