Bali. Its core business is leasing antenna space on self-owned multi-tenant
Base Transceiver Station (BTS) towers primarily to mobile cellular operators.
In 2007, BALITOWER has been awarded an operational license for 20 years by the
regional government of Badung and Tabanan municipality in Bali province. The
license will allow BALITOWER to be the only tower provider to operate in Badung
and Tabanan regency which include tourist’ most favorite landscapes and beaches
in Bali such as Kuta. Legian, Seminyak, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. BALITOWER has
spotted a dimensions of investing opportunity not only from the attractiveness
of Bali island but also is has captured the opportunity in the growth of
telecommunication industry perspective.
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Supports and processing company documents specifically relating to an agreement or legal contract.
- Reviewing legal contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to the project company which placed Create a letter of demand.
- Master the creation and review of the agreement as well as monitoring its validity.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Age Max. 28 years
- Bachelor S-1 Law
- Experience field min. 2-3 year
- Mastering Microsoft Office
- Understand correspondence
- Understand the standard operating procedure
- Understanding the basics of the cooperation contract
- Have an understanding of business law
