Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of make and review contract for company, clients, and employee
- Understanding of licensing company, etc
- Understanding in Business Law / Corporate Law, legislation and regulations
- Analyze the law issues: must to do, risk, problems, etc
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law or equivalent with GPA minimum 3,00/4
- At least 2-3 years experiences in same position
- Fluent in English and Computer Literate (Ms. Office)
- Dynamic, honest, detail, and responsible
- Strong analytical, good communication, negotiation skill, proactive and hardworking
