Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Do the arrangements permitting with related parties
- Responsible for company legal documents
- Handle corporate cooperation agreement
- Handle problems associated legality
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experienced in building contractors as Legal Building
- S1/S2 Education Law (Notary Public/Advocate)
- Master The FIDIC
- Understand The Company's Business Development
- Understanding & employment law
- Understand the corporate law, commercial law and Licensing
