Legal Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Identify legal risk at the beginning and give solution, suggestion to solve project legal issue.
- Review and monitor legal doc BAK (Berita Acara Kesepakatan), PKS (Perjanjian Kerja Sama)
- Responsible for the legal doc quality & progress
- Manage subcon and resolve issue, esclation for legal document issue.
- Support RFT and legal document tower sale issue
- Site visiting for project legal issue
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Law; Fresh graduate with minimum GPA of 3,00 are encourage to apply
- Fluent in English is a must and Fluent in Mandarin will be a highly added advantage
- Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment
- Positive attitude, self driven, self motivated, good coordination skill
- Willing to work with highly over time and under pressure.
