Penthouse apartment is a project which is an attempt to respond to the needs of
the people of Jakarta to stay close to the CBD where they work. Storey dwelling
is intended to increase the density at the center of Jakarta’s empty nighttime
occupancy and also reduce the spread horizontally to open more new land.
Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Male/female age maximum of 27 years
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience
- Have the ability to review a contract/agreement in the language of English
- Can operate the computer/Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Look attractive and can work together in a team
- Be able to communicate well
Responsibilities:
- Understand the legal procedures that apply
- Responsible for maintaining the license in domicile, SIUP, TDP
- Responsible for Legal review
- Responsible for Legal searching which includes the rule of law and things related to the field of law
- Responsible for Drafting Legal agreements and letter includes related documents
- Responsible for Legal Advice
- Find or make coordination with consultants, the Department or agency or any third party relating to the legal issues (notary, lawyer, Department and consultant)
