Corporate Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in daily/routine job for legal matters (all required permits needed).
- Liaising with external parties / legal counsel in preparing all required documents.
- Handling and maintaining all corporate business licenses and permits, such as: SIUP, TDP, Letter of Domicile, KADIN Certificating and Association membership, etc.
- Updating Information to management related laws or regulations
- Assisting another division who is in need of legal administration support
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required skills: Legal Corporate, Legal Contract.
- Maximum age 26 years old.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
