started its operations approximately 30 years ago with the development of a
residential complex in South Jakarta. The property was aimed at the expatriate
market which preferred South Jakarta as their place of residence. This
prestigious residential complex for expatriates was a new innovation in Jakarta

Building Permit Staff
Requirements:
- Male, max 35 years old.
- Min Bachelor degree in Law, Architect or Civil Engineering from reputable university.
- Have 4-6 years experience in building permit such as IMB, blok plan, etcfor apartment, hotel or commercial building.
- Good understanding about government regulation in building construction.
- Have good networking and relationship with government institution.
- Have good interpersonal relationship, negotiation and communication skills.
- Hard worker, energic, good personality and honest.
- Fluent in English..
