Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing agreement both in English and Indonesian
- Research of all low and government regulations
- Process company’s permit and license
- Corespondence with notary and lawyer
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Univeristy with accreditation
- Majoring in Civil Law, Business Law, or Economic Law
- Minimum IPK 3.25
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Fluent in English both oral and writing
- Having experience in Investment law
