Legal and License
Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Have ability to handle corporate action, corporate document and legal processing
- Managing all legal documentation and supporting documents
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts/agreement and other legally binding document
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Required skill(s): legal contract, legal corporate, commercial law, employment law, corporate communication
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good in English both oral and written
- At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably in Ready Mix concrete industry
- Preferably Senior Manager spesializing in Law/Legal or equivalent
- Available to work in Head Office (Warung Buncit, South Jakarta)
- 1 Full-Time position availabe
