Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft contract, agreement and internal policies (Non Litigation management)
• Liaise with relevant department to ensure that where legal risks.
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
• Coordination with external lawyer regarding progress of outstanding litigation.

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 of age
• Law education background majoring Civil Law
• Minimum 2 years experienced in non litigation process
• Understanding basic contract
• Computer literate
• English would be advantage
• Living in Jabodetabek area
