Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain of company’s operating license and share aspect of legality
- Handling documents related to construction projects
- Drafting, create, formulate MOU between company and outside parties
- Research information to make sure the company is acting according indonesia Law
- Review, analysis and assessment of the share of legal document and agreements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
