PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina (PT. ICA), a subsidiary of one of the STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES, is a joint venture between Antam and SDK which is Japan, where the company's shares each portion is 80% and 20%..  PT. ICA building Chemical Grade Alumina Factory (CGA) in Sub district, Sanggau Tayan, West Kalimantan Province. The ore bauxite as much bait requires 1.7 million tonnes (equivalent to the 850.000 tons of bauxite leached) with production capacity of 300,000 tons per year, where the CGA CGA will be exported 200,000 tons to 100,000 tons in Japan and Indonesia. With the building of the factory was starting February 2011 to 2014, then this is the first Chemical Grade Alumina factory in Southeast Asia, and surely this is the pride of all of us as a nation of Indonesia.

Remuneration & Industrial Relation Staff

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Remuneration & Industrial Relations Manager and/or GA And HR Director
• Compensation & Benefit (C & B) matters
• Industrial Relation, Company Regulation, Labour Union, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S-1) any major from a reputable University
• Minimum GPA 3.00, maximum Age 35 years
• Have knowledge/understanding of the laws and regulations of the employment, as well as experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager in the areas of payroll, Payroll & B, C, and also Industrial relations at least 5 years
• To be honest, hardworking and responsible for his work
• Can work under pressure and target
• Willing to be placed in the location of the work site, Tayan Kab. West Kalimantan.
