Surya Swadaya is a business group which develops forest plantation with
resources in Kalimantan, Indonesia. Fajar Surya Swadaya commenced business in
2008 and is a private Indonesia registered and operated company. Fajar Surya
Swadaya operates three forest plantation concessions in Kalimantan. Operations
are co-ordinated from a Corporate Head Quarter located in Jakarta. Our
professional plantation team is currently focussing on infrastructure
development, plantation establishment, maintenance and protection.
Future development will include integration of harvesting, processing and
trading of forest products processed from logs grown in our plantations.
Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years
- At least Bachelor degree majoring in Law
- Min 3 years experience of Legal section in the company's forestry
- Have the ability of negotiation, communication and good interpersonal
- Able to operate the computer
- Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute legal documents related to a business transaction, the changes in the articles of Association of the company, and legal due dilligence in the achievement of targets, through analysis, drafting, negotiation, assessment, and archiving of those documents to ensure the smooth running of the company
- Monitor the Affairs of corporate litigation, including legal research, preparation, investigation, litigation and trial
- Direct and engaging in negotiations with external parties relating to legal issues
- Give advice in terms of the law for the personnel of the company in a variety of things that impact daily business operations
