Legal and General Affairs
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (S1) Law, Business Administration, Economics
- Experienced the same position min. 3 years
- Formality experienced in the management of the company (original, IUJK / IUJP)
- Responsible for operations such as: Driver & Vehicle and Building Management
- Mastering the Labor Law, personnel administration and industrial relations
- Understand aspects of HR, maintenance BPJS Health, Labour and Social Security Health Claims
- Create, manage and monitor the company's legal documents and permits (Deed, domicile, TDP, TIN, PKP etc.)
