On December 30, 2009, the Government of Indonesia established PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero), PT or PII, as a State-owned enterprises (SOEs) through the placement of State Capital of Rp 1 trillion suit PP No. 35 in 2009, as the base housed and paid up capital. We are <strong>Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF)</strong> has estabished from the Government of Indonesia (GOI)), as a single window for appraising, structuring, and providing guarantees for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects. Our primary activities are to advise private and public sectors and provide infrastructure guarantee to PPP infrastructure projects for the benefit of private investors and lenders, with aim to increase participation of private sector in the development of Indonesia infrastructure projects. To support our business growth we are now seeking a dynamic and self motivated professionals to join us.

Project Legal

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’ Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
