Legal Staff Relation Industrial
Requirements:
- Sex: Male, Age Max. 30 years
- Education Bachelor of law from the University with a GPA of 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Experience as a Legal industrial relations/HR min. 2 years
- Special skills: know and experience in the field of legal and practical law, holding certificate Peradi)
- Mastering the language of English (favoured)
- Both are interesting and can work in a team (team)
- Master of labor ACT (Law No. 13 of 2003)
- Master the hunting aspect
- Preferred experience in handling the problems of poaching and the Industrial Relations Court
Responsibilities:
- The making of the contract, the agreement between the vendor, company etc.
- The handling of the problem of internal mediation Affairs s/d third party
- Handling permissions etc.
- Handling problem in the company or in the field
