Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer’s legal document and ensure completeness of submitted legal documents
- Responsible to complete all business licenses
- Maintain Legal document (current & next project)
- Prepare legal opinion
- Perform and complete other work as assigned by direct superior
Requirements:
- Age 23-35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent, preferably from reputable university
- Experience business license will be beneficial
- Have deep understanding on Indonesian Law & Regulation
- Able to handle task with attention to details
- Good Analytical and conceptual skill
- Have high integrity and fast learner
- Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang
