- Creating HRD related SOP (Recruitment, Payroll, KPI Review etc)
- Creating the BEST TEAM for our Joint Operation
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Graduate in Physchology/Law
- Have experience in similar position min. 2 years
- Have knowledge about Labor Law and other HR related regulation in Indonesia
- Must be able to do payroll System, and familiar with HR Policies
- Has a strong personality
- Good initiative, team spirit and resourcefulness
- Have good attitude, good communication skill, and problem solving and decision maker
- Computer Literate is a must
