HR Personnel Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative task and provide reports related to personnel activities includes time attendance, employee turn over, correspondence, employee mapping. Execute Filling Management System by compiling documentation of any human resources actions as well
- Liaise to Department Heads / Line Managers regarding personnel issue and handle complaints properly
Requirements:
- Hold minimum Diploma Degree of any field
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Microsoft Office literate, hands on experience with HRIS would be preferred
- Strong administrative skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Ability to handle multitask
- Willing to work at Kebagusan area, Jakarta Selatan
