Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Implement the permitting process required the company
- Prepare the supporting documents for the permitting process
- Monitor the validity period of licenses
- Renew licenses
- Store the entire document permitting
- Keep all original documents enterprise
- Prepare the supporting documents for the process of drafting and review agreements
- Noting the management of the process of drafting and review of business agreements/marketing and store original documents
- Monitor the implementation of agreements
- Monitor the validity period of the agreement
- Notify the validity period of the agreement of business / marketing that would end up to interested parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of Civil Law, Business Law, Economic Law
- Min 1 year experience in the same field
