HRD Staff
Responsibilities:
- Making regulations, the responsibility and liability of employees
- Selection, test, interview new hires
- Create a letter of agreement between the employees and the company
- Keep an eye on the behavior of labor ability, and the presence of employees
- Provide an assessment of work and provide a warning if an employee violates company regulations
- Creating and reviewing agreements with third parties
- administration as well as renewing the legal documentation
- Deal with legal issues arising in the operational activitie
Requirements:
- A maximum of 40 years
- Education/Psychology Bachelor Of Law
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in his field
- Mastering employment law Indonesia
- Master computer (Word/XL/Power Point)
- Has a breadth, interpersonal communication skill and good personality
- Active and proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Work placements: Jakarta
