Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Min S-1 of the law
• Min 1 years experience in his field
• Mastering law No. 13 of 2003 on Labor
• Has leadership and good communication
• Understand the standard operational procedures
• Understand the basics of contractual cooperation
• Have an understanding of business law
• Have a good negotiation abilities
• High dedication, honest, extensive insights and able to work in a team

Responsibilities:

• Able to do coaching, training activities and activities related to the development of mental potential, ability, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with the standards of the company.
• Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract
• Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which are placed
• Master the creation and review of the letter of agreement with the monitoring validitasnya
• Requesting a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
