Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Legal Executive to conduct research and evaluate legal risk factors and implications on company’s business decisions and operations.
• Draft commercial agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Liaise with external legal counsel : Notary and Authorities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Indonesian corporate law and procedures.
• Excellent English Legal Drafting.
• 2 years experience in law firm.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and me deadlines
• Full-Time position(s) available.
