Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the company omply with the Indonesian Law and keep the management updated with the latest (related) Indonesian Regulation and/or Law.
- Providing review agreements related to the company's activities
- Conducting legal research for company's action purposes
- Processing licences application and extend, and document legalization in an effective and efficient way
- Organizing company's legal documentation
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor degree majoring Law from a reputable university
- Min. two years of experience in related position
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work individually as well as in team
- Initiatve
