Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the activities of the Corporate and Transaction Services function
• Providing legal advisory services
• Providing assistance in drafting professional and strategic advice

Requirements:

• Maximum Age 28 years old
• Bachelor degree majoring Law from a reputable university
• 3 years experiences in a reputable law firms/multinational companies/Public Company (Tbk.)
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge in corporate laws, commercial laws and contracts laws
• Able to work independently
