currently in need of a candidate for the position as follows:
Legal Officer
Responsibility:
- Giving an explanation to each unit of work regarding company policies that are associated with Legal and monitoring the effectiveness of its implementation.
- Control of conditions or new regulations (new ACT related business company)
- Handle also staffing (e.g.: contract employees)
- Perform management of the assets of the company in terms of legality.
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimal Education Graduates Bachelor Of Law
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Legal Corporate.
- Experience in drawing up the draft Treaty, documents and licensing company.
- Experienced management expected corporate documents
- Disciplined, honest, Conscientious, able to work in Team and individual
- Can MS OFFICE (Excel & Word)
