Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for legal and corporate affairs in company’s oil plantations and coal mining divisions
- Handle litigation and investigation cases while providing legal opinion on concerning matters
- Able to draft and review legal agreements and other documentations such as contracts, leasing, etc
- Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulations and its implementation.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor degree (S1) in Law. Min. GPA: 3.00/4.00.
- Min. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with mining and/or agriculture law in Indonesia.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written)..
- High integrity, good personality/diplomatic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record as a contributory member to senior management team with the ability to work a long side with coworkers.
