Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Draffting & Negotiating contrack with customer and/or vendor
- Supporting to review and maintain legal corporated documents
- Support corporate management in the review and assessment of potential
- Provide Legal Advice for relevant corporated policies, action and governance and sound practice to complement business operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder in LAW
- Age between 28-32 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract drafting & negotiation
- MS Word & Excel is a must, fluently in English (oral and written)
- Hardworker, multi tasking, able to work under preasure with limited time
