Corporate Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Daily operational legal activities such as: issuing legal analysis/legal opinion on customer, KYC
- Maintain validity of business license
- Drafting and reviewing variety kind of agreement/ MoU
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Familiar with corporate legal and responsibilities, such as: held General meeting of Shareholders, amandment of AOA, issuing legal analysis, conducting legal research, legal drafting, and legal review, reporting and monitoring license.
- Fresh Graduate with min. GPA of 3,50 is welcome to apply,
- Hold minimum bachelor degree (S-1) in Law from top 10 public or private university
- Have at least 2 year experience as legal staff
- Having good ability to read, write and speaks English will be an advantage
