HRD & Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Responsible For Employee Recruitment Process
• Capable and responsible for Creating And Running the company's SOPS
• Able to Monitor the presence of the employee, Absent, sick, leave, and Overtime and Employee Loans
• Understand employment law
• As Well As Being Able To Understand How To Create A Legal Contract Companies
• Able to plan, Direct, and coordinate compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Female, Single (preferred)
• Age 22-35 years
• The last educational psychology/Bachelor of Law Degree, minimum GPA 3.00 from leading universities
• Young, attractive and Energetic (preferred)
• Disciplined, Conscientious, Honest, Firm, Responsible, Loyalty
• Can Communicate And Cooperate Well In Indonesian Language
• Adept at using MS. Office (word, excel) and have a certificate
• Both In Problem Solving, Stress Management, Motivation, And Initiative In Work, And Able To Work Under Pressure To Achieve The Targets Of The Company
• Placement For Jakarta Area
