Legal Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft contract, agreement, and other documents to ensure the compliance with all statutory or legal; requirements and internal procedure.
• Review and provide legal advice on corporate documents required in connection with any relevant corporate action.
• Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discipline, Adaptable, and detail oriented.
• Result oriented, able to work independently or in a team, self-motivated, organized and ability to manage datelines.
